im 22 and do kickboxing and karate at least 3 times a week. your first couple of classes will be intense, but after about a month you get the hang of it.

bro youre only 22 its not like youre 40 or even 50 and have joint problems or somethin.

go for it breh

go to boxinggyms.com and locate a gym near you. Get involved there and start your roadwork, ab workouts and learn to breathe correctly for those long haul bouts. Just make up the time lost with hard work, instruction and sparring, then novice competition working your way up to pro.

Well the world middleweight champion Sergio Gabriel Martinez didn't start boxing until he was 20 years old so 22 is plenty young

Of course you can man. Find a gym with the lowest price and join them. Train and get in shape and train hard fight as many amateurs fights as you can until you're ready to go pro.
