The most impressive win in Manny Pacquiao's career is his fight against.........................?

Fill in the blank, and explain why.

Marco Antonio Barrera first fight. Barrera was arguably the best featherweight boxer at that time and he was even top 5 in the pound for pound list. Barrera has not lost a fight decisively since losing to Poison Junior Jones back in the junior featherweights and has avenged a close, controversial points loss to arch rival Erik Morales with a 12 round UD win. He was also coming off back-to-back impressive wins over highly regarded Johnny Tapia (UD) and Kevin Kelly (KO4) prior to facing Pacquiao.

But Pacquiao who was fighting his first bout at 126 lbs.despite a slip that was erroneously ruled as a knockdown, went on to comprehensively beat him on all departments en route to forcing a stoppage win with no less than Barrera's brother pleading for a merciful halt.

Barrera's camp later said that they underestimated Pacquiao and that MAB had a poor training camp because of a fire. But Pacquiao left no more doubt when he beat Barrera in their rematch at 130 lbs.by wide points decision.

I'd have to say the 1st Barrera fight. Barrera was one of the top fighters in the sport at the time, and Pacquiao, who was not all that well known back then, really made a statement and took the world by storm by beating Marco so impressively. He put himself on the map with that win.

The 2nd Morales fight was also very impressive.

Marco Antonio Barrera. Top 5 pound for pound guy gt obliterated and didn't really win around except for the round with the erroneous knock down.

Barrera or hatton. Hatton because he was the undisputed guy at 140 and barrera because he was a top p4p kingpin.

bradley, sasakul, cotto, i was convinced he can beat slick boxers punchers

most impressive? wow, barerra of course, pac was a freakin nobody from timbuktu destroying a top p4p? what can you ask for?

and then here comes barerra leftover morales w/invulnerability 1st time he faced pac...wtf was thhat?

Barera fight...

For me, Bradley...he beat a undefeated skilled fighter...even if he did not officially get the win.
