Learning MMA will not help you in boxing, but learning boxing will definitely help you in MMA though. In a boxing match, nothing is better than learning how to box. Boxing covers footwork, hand speed, and everything else that's needed in boxing. Learning MMA will only add kicks, wrestling, and jiu jitsu for boxing. If you learn that drunken fist style that Jackie Chan uses, then that might help you. Not trying to be sarcastic either. Drunken fist teaches you to loosen your entire body and also teaches you how to balance and so on. Being able to keep your body loose will help to absorb punches and so on so forth. I would just suggest taking boxing lessons though.

No, how on earth would learning MMA help you in a boxing match? Learning boxing correctly by a knowledgeable boxing instructor, then practicing correct fundamentals is what will help you in a boxing match

No, MMA is mixed martial arts mainly depending on ground and or wrestling. If you want to learn some other martial arts then do MMA. But in my opinion i'd stick with Boxing...

MMA Is ju jitsu boxing kick boxing wrestling korata a lot of stuff combined in to one to be honest I don't think learning it will help you in a boxing match it will help you in a street fight though haha.
