Your brain is being hit about in your skull! That isn't 'good' for you at all, but if course a headache would be normal!

You're getting hit in the head so yeah. But if you're starting to slur words or have blurry vision or any fatigue you might needa get checked.
of course! your brain is getting beat around! it could also be from fatigue and dehydration! be careful...tell your trainer!
