Lara by Tko. because he is the more technical fighter between the two. Kirkland might have his moments but Lara will outclass him in every aspect. He will counter and use lateral movement to cruise to a possible stoppage.
Tough fight but I think Lara can outbox James by using his movement and staying off the ropes. If Lara doesn't panic under Kirkland's onslaught and sticks to the gameplan, he wins by UD.

I don't think it's possible to keep Kirkland off you. He sort of has a shakey chin but never stays down. I think he could give Lara serious problems.
