Word on the street is that it all went down during the annual WBO convention in late August earlier this year.
All the WBO champs and a few loyal WBO servants who may not currently hold one (Pacquiao) were invited. 10 minutes later the host on the stage politely ask everyone to sit down, as Nonito, Mikey and the rest of the crew went to sit down, Quillin quickly dragged Manny away before anyone noticed and the proceded to the bathroom, it was at this point where Peter shouted at Pacquiao, Pacquiao begged for forgiveness, but it was too late. In a deep-voiced tone, Peter groaned 'you bout to get this chocolate'.
During the host's speech in the main room a series of loud screams were heard, though it was an important part of the speech thus everyone had to listen and they sent two cleaners to check what the hell was going on. The two cleaners saw what happened and were in complete disbelieve at what they saw hence only a few insiders are aware and it has yet to become mainstream.
