the middle of the jaw with a strait punch. the nose for a stun (it hurts like crazy). never punch the forehead its the densest part of the face you could break your hand easier than you think by hitting the forehead. don't bother with the eyes they're too small a target and on the sides of the face therefore lowering your chance of hitting them. the nose is just siting there asking for it

If I was to get in a fight which would be an affective way to punch this,where itwould Hurt and cause damage? and I need help " staying in the pocket" or whatever. when ever I fight I tend to lean back, forward so when ever they hit me it like stuns me more, what are good ways to not be so sensitive with my face? and to block when I'm not punching?
