Pound for pound Floyd Mayweather Jr. currently is the best fighter in the world that doesn't mean he would beat either Klitschko because they are heavyweights but he has shown the best skill but I am most impressed with Guillermo Rigondeaux he is a Cuban defect who had over 300 amateur fights winning two olympic gold medals and only lost a handful of those amateur fights like 4-5 ever this is totally unheard of, he recently out classed and out fought pound for pound top 5 boxer Nonito Doinare almost with ease and after only 11 or 12 professional fights/obviously he has won them all.
Pound for pound best and most skilled boxer is mayweather. But I doubt he could get in a ring with a heavyweight such as haye or someone and kick their ****.
