Using two round cake pans, bake two Boston creme cakes. Stack them on top of each other, using icing to stick them together. Then put icing over the whole thing. Then either make or buy fondant. Cover the whole surface in red fondant, than cut out any and all other excess shapes out of fondant. Fondant is easy to make, and not expensive to buy.
