Manny Pacquiao will never do a mayweathering. Reserve that duck for Floyd Mayweather Jr. If it is Ruslan or Bradley, it is because Floyd still can not find his courage. Bradley doesn't have a fan base and can not even draw flies. Look at the revenue when he fought JMM. I can say that whatever share he gave on that match up is not even safe to say at least 30% of the revenue. He was looking for a bigger pay but doesn't have the charisma. Do you think Bob Arum is stupid enough to loss money and Pacquiao to accept a smaller pay check than normal or standard pay? Ruslan's fighting style can attract people to watch unlike Bradley who have an "undefeated" record but still doesn't have what it takes to attract boxing fans.
Pacquiao doesn't owe Bradley anything given the fact that it's widely accepted that the Filipino was robbed in that fight. NEVERTHELESS, Pac offered Bradley a rematch earlier this year, but BRADLEY PASSED on that career high payday and the chance of redemption, preferring to face Marquez for less money.
Provo is just fine if and only he will fight for real and not shrink like a violet under the heat of the sun as Bam Bam Rios did the last time around.
The way Top Rank fighters in the 140 and 147 lbs. classes develop a mutual admiration club, fans will be wondering, even suspecting if fights involving them would be for real.

Personally ,i don't think Pacquiao is scared of Bradley in the slightest ,especially after he clearly out boxed and out maneuvered Bradley when they fought ,regardless of what the decision was.

Ruslan's style is made for Pacquiao to dominate him. Pacquiao has too much speed & too many angles. Bradley isn't much better. Pacquiao beat Bradley 9 rounds to 3 maybe 8 to 4.

Duck? Provo is more dangerous than Bradley IMO as the big bald head Tim doesn't have a strength to KO Pac. Provo however has power that could end the fight in just a single shot.
So PAC and Roach would rather go against their friend Ruslan rather than give a rematch to Bradley whom many though PAC won and who just had a great year (beating Ruslan and Marquez) so u know it would be much bigger.
