Eat Pasta, and drink Muscle Milk

Drink litres of more water is probably the easiest way to put a bit of quick weight on, another way is eat more and eat more before bed

If your that busy it would depend on what 'extra' food your eating. Also try pigging out as well which is basically eating loads of biscuits and fizzy drinks etc as it has worked for me last time I tried it

i'm meant to be doing amateur boxing as a featherweight but i'm 2 kg under weight, i try eating a bit more but i spend 6 hours of my 7 hours a week training on my treadmill to improve my stamina and i'm not able to do much weight lifting at home, all i have is my two dumbbells which weigh 5 kg each so i really need some advice.
