The belts would have been passed around a lot. I think Eddie Chambers would have gotten a title. Evander Holyfield probably would have gotten another title at some point and James Toney may have won a title as well. David Haye would probably have a belt. Calvin Brock was a very good fighter who seemed to be ruined after fighting Wlad.
