Either at welterweight or middleweight Sugar Ray Robinson would defeat the great Roberto Duran unless it was a bad night for Robinson in which he could possibly lose a decision especially an older version. But Robinson at his best was faster and hit harder than Duran. Duran is clever and cagey and would be a challenge to anyone including the great Robinson as he proved vs Hagler. But Robinson who is widely considered by many as the greatest of all time gets my vote and beats Duran by conincing decison at either weight.

Robinson wins this fight at either welter of middle.

He was too fast and slick for Duran, and Duran did not have all his power above lightweight, so he would not hurt Robinson even if he hit him.

Robinson wins in a landslide or knocks him out similar to what Hearns did to him.
