This is an extremely easy victory for Vitali. Go watch Lewis vs Tyson and then imagine that x2 worse for Tyson, since Vitali has a badass chin and he would mix it up a little with him in the middle rounds when Mike would be too tired and his punches too weak to harm Vitali, with result being that Tyson would be another victim with a pizza face! Vitali by TKO in the 9th.
Vitali Klitchko would win easily. It would turn out like the Lennox Lewis or the Buster Douglas fight. Mike Tyson was not that good of a Boxer he was just very entertaining to watch many casual boxing fans mistake entertainment for skill.

But in his prime, Tyson was a very dangerous heavyweight. Not the best of all time like those too young to remember Ali, Liston, Marciano or Joe Louis. But still, dangerous.
Tyson did not do as well against skilled boxers. But he still beat all of them until he fired Rooney and forgot how to fight.
But at his peak, he had tremendous power in both hands, terrific defense, an overlooked jab that set up the opening for his hooks, and of course, a chin of iron.
I do not think either Klitchko would have much chance in Tyson's prime. He would either beat them up over 12 rounds and win on points, or (more likely) send them both to dreamland.
