I'd watch it. Here's why. I'm 99% sure Ward would win again. However, there are a few things to consider.

1. The mixture of styles always makes for an interesting fight. However, some could also point to the fact that Froch has improved since their first meeting and Ward was out for a year, which possibly hinders him a bit. . It's a stretch but as long as Froch believes this is possible, he's likely to bring that belief in the ring. That said, it could make for a slightly more competitive fight.

2. Look at Mayweather vs Marquez. Mayweather Totally Schooled JMM the first time. However, if there were a rematch, some might point to the fact that Marquez was naturally smaller, but has now grown into a natural welterweight. Also, others will look at the Pacquiao KO in fight 4. . Sure, Marquez lost to Bradley, a poor man's Mayweather at best. However, some would still pay to see a Mayweather rematch on those merits and simply because it's Mayweather.

If you sell it right, there would be enough people to buy into a Ward-Froch rematch. Besides, who else can Ward fight at 168? It's a stretch but I'd watch a rematch.
In a rematch I think Groves got more chance of stopping Froch than Ward ...the ref gave that win over Groves and now Froch is running scared wanting Ward instead .
Groves has a better argument for a rematch with Froch than Froch does with Ward. Froch needs to get over himself and pick a more competitive fight if he's going to dodge groves.
Nobody should be interested in that, and Froch is the only person who really wants it.
Like you said, Ward dominated Froch with one hand, it was uncompetitive and not a good fight. No reason for a rematch, Froch doesn't deserve it anyway.

I mean, who? Who wants to see this fight? Froch, who has already been schooled by Ward, is past it if anything. There was no questions about the first fight, a clear unanimous victory. it's not an exciting fight, there's no drama to help sell it and it's not the fight the public want to see, I don't understand why this fight would happen? Froch is clearly ducking a rematch with groves.
