Run, cardio, heavy bag shadowboxing dont be as nervous calm down and be chill because you need to focus on not getting hit and hitting them back

The person youre sparring with probably wont go all the way i once sparred a pro and wasnt all that bad it was my first time sparring a pro. It wont go as bad, you can also watch some youtube videos just search up boxing sparring and try to learn their techniques and moves most important rule

JUST RELAX AND TAKE IT EASY FOCUS ON NOT GETTING HIT DONT BE CAUGHT OFF GUARD KEEP FOCUS ON WHO YOURE FIGHTING

good luck (:

With your first sparring session the coach will tell you both to take it easy to help you both ease into it, they won't put you out of your depth as don't want you to get hurt and will want you to learn. You will both find it hard because it does take it out of you so will be slow just remember to breath and not wear yourself out.

Skipping and jogging are two of the best things you can do, talk to the coach and they'll help you prepare but work on some punches, defence and remember to keep your arms up.

Hope it goes well!

Simply spar other people before that fight to get a taste of your skills so far. Jump rope, run, sit ups, and arm exercises.

Interval training as it simulates a fight. N don't be nervous as she's probably just as nervous as you. Besides its not like a proper fight or anything, it's just sparring

So i just found out today that i am going to be sparring this girl in a couple weeks(soon). Im nervous bc this is the first time i sparred anyone. How should i build up cardio, and be ready to fight. Build up arm strength an etc . Please no hate
