On paper Liston will win, just like many others that fought Marciano, and did not win.
Marciano had something that most do not have and that is a big heart, he would not quit, and was smart enough to survive against better fighters.
He had power in both hands, so he always had the chance to knockout people.
Liston was a much better boxer than most give him credit for being, but he quit in both fights with Ali, so I can not say his being bigger and stronger would mean he would win this fight.
I have to go with the guy that never lost a fight, Marciano in a late stoppage or a decision.

If Sonny's in shape, he'd knock Rocky out inside 5 rounds. Liston's just faster and more powerful than Marciano.
Marciano took too many punches like Joe Frazier he like Frazier was a brawler Liston was a power puncher it would be much like Foremans destruction of Frazier in their first fight as well as second fight Marciano like Frazier great fighters but took alot of punches that wont work against your Listons Foremans Tysons or even a prime Joe Louis they hit too hard for most fighters to take punches from those guys all night
