Is Brandon Rios A Elite, A-Grade, B-Grade or C-Grade Fighter?

He was WBO welterweight champion but at the moment he is the no.6 ranked lightweight

B Grade. I like him as he's got heart and likes a tear up but I am surprised he's only lost once so far, it's pretty clear to see he can be outboxed fairly easily as long as the opponent has the discipline to stick with the boxing for the full 12. Mind you, Richar Abril was robbed when he fought Rios, he absolutely out-classed Rios, I had that 119-110 for Abril and I would consider his split-decision defeat an injustice on the scale of Jose Luis Castillo's defeat on the scorecards to Floyd Mayweather Jr in their first contest

No he was WBO Light Welterweight champion and B

Brandon rios is not an elite fighter. He built his name of his entertaining style. Any good boxer that will box and not stand infront of him will beat him. I'll give him a C+ because he's an average fighter but no one can afford to underestimate him because he's still a dangerous opponent.

He is one dimensional for sure
