Definitely Khan.
Dawson has really fell off, but he fought guys like Adamek, Pascal, Johnson (2x), and Tarver (2x), and was hit clean by all of them.
Dawson would get dropped or hurt here and there, but it was pretty rare. He took bombs from Pascal too, one of the hardest hitters in boxing, and they were punches that Khan could never take if he were a light-heavy.

Amir Khan has a good chin and i'm not being sarcastic. It's just his reckless defence when throwing his combinations which is the problem. Not to mention Prescott and Garcia can crack. Garcia timed the hook perfectly when Khan tried a lazy uppercut hook combo which left him open.
Many fighters who got hit with the shots that Khan got hit by in those fights would go down. Also he gets up too quickly, he should take an 8 count. Even Hatton had the initiative to do that against Pacquiao.

Dawson has the worst. got dropped and stopped by ward a guy who didnt have a legit KO since facing journeyman Jason Ravelo back in 2008, got sparked out by Edison Miranda in sparring wearing head and the finally got sparked by Adonis Stevenson.
When Amir Khan goes down he always gets back up. you can't say the same for dawson.
